How to delete your account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time, right in the app:
- Open the Yes Car No Car app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm — we warn you before it’s final
If you can’t access the app, email support@yescarnocar.com from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it for you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and personal data, including your email address, saved reports and follow-up questions, consent records, and purchase history. Any unused report credits are forfeited and are not refundable.
What’s kept, and for how long
After deletion we retain only: limited records required for tax, accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes; transaction records held by our payment processor under its own obligations; copies in secure backups for a limited period until overwritten on our normal cycle; and de-identified vehicle/aggregate data that doesn’t identify you.
